FARGO-BASED ASPIRE REALTY, STEINHAUS STUDIOS ANNOUNCE LOCAL REAL ESTATE INDUSTRY-EXCLUSIVE PARTNERSHIP

FARGO, ND—Aspire Realty, a Fargo-based real estate brokerage, has signed an exclusive partnership with Steinhaus Studios, a Fargo-based digital architecture company focusing on virtual reality (VR). This innovative partnership, which is a first of its kind for the Fargo-Moorhead real estate market, will revolutionize the design experience for new construction clients through the utilization of VR.

This partnership will allow new construction clients to experience the design process in a whole new way by being able to visualize, in VR, their design selections to scale. Nick Steinbrecher, founder of Steinhaus Studios, started developing the software from scratch in his spare time as he was attending architecture school at North Dakota State University. Steinbrecher, who also serves in the National Guard, recently left architecture school at NDSU after two years to focus on growing Steinhaus Studios.
